描述
pg_lo_lseek 把当前读/写 位置移动到从 whence 指定的位置起 offset 字节处。
参数
conn-
到大对象所在的数据库的连接句柄。
descriptor-
来自 pg_lo_open 的大对象 描述符。
offset-
新的定位位置，以字节为单位。
whence-
指定从哪里开始计算新的定位位置： SEEK_CUR（从当前位置）、 SEEK_END（从末尾）或 SEEK_SET（从 开头）。
