列出函数，以及它们的结果数据类型、参数数据类型和函数类型，函数类型分为 “ agg ” （聚合）、 “ normal ” 、 “ procedure ” 、 “ trigger ” 或 “ window ” 。要只显示特定类型的函数，请在命令后添加相应的字母 a 、 n 、 p 、 t 或 w 。如果指定了 pattern ，则只显示名称与模式匹配的函数。任何附加参数都是类型名模式，分别与函数第一、第二等参数的类型名匹配。（匹配到的函数可以比你指定的参数更多；若要防止这种情况，可将连字符 - 写成最后一个 arg_pattern 。）默认情况下，只显示用户创建的对象；提供模式或 S 修饰符可包括系统对象。如果在命令名后追加 x ，结果会以扩展模式显示。如果在命令名后追加 + ，则会显示每个函数的附加信息，包括易变性、并行安全性、所有者、安全分类、是否防漏、访问权限、语言、内部名称（仅适用于 C 和 internal 函数）以及描述。特定函数的源代码可通过 \sf 查看。
